ALLOTED IN 2000-2001. IN THE YEAR 2002, COMPANY EXTENDED THE PRODUCT RANGE AND START MANFUCTURING DG AUTOMATION PRODUCTS, DG SAFETY PRODUCTS,  AND ENERGY MONITORING SOFTWARE. The company was incorporated in August 1998 by a team of highly experienced managers and engineers headed by C. P. YADAV (ELECTRONICS AND COMMUICATION ENGINEER). The company is trying to adopt international industrial culture in true spirit.

The company is using ISO 9001-2000 system in combination with TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT system (Japanese model). Company has been using these principles in its all activities from the very beginning i.e. preparation of Apex Quality manual, procedure manual, formats.
